Dharam is a corporate banker by training and a strategic management trainer by accident!
Dharam pioneered simulation based Business and Management teaching among top-end of corporates and b-schools in India by introducing CAPSIM® Simulations (CAPSTONE® Business Simulation) in '2003. He honed his business, financial and credit analysis skills as a corporate banker in India and Singapore.
Dharam teaches Strategic Business Management through CAPSIM® Simulations (CAPSTONE® Business Simulation). He works extensively with several clients in India and overseas viz TCS, Microsoft, PepsiCo, Infosys, L&T, Asian Paints, Alcatel-Lucent, Wipro, Nestle, Mahindra & Mahindra, Oracle, JCB, DELL, Intuit, Allergan, Kotak Mahindra, Genpact, Murugappa, ALSTOM, Siemens, YAHOO!, IIMA, IIMB and IIMC etc.
Dharam was awarded 'RECOGNITION FOR EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING' by CAPSIM® Management Simulations Inc. USA.
He enjoys balancing out a very busy professional life with strong community links through involvement in not-for-profit organizations that can use his skills and enthusiasm. His interests include literature, movies, music, theatre, intricacies and intrigues of business/financial world…and a bit of golf.
Prof. Tapash Sengupta, A rank holder from XLRI, Jamshedpur, with 31 years’ experience in industry and 5 years in academics. Exposed to different industries and several countries. Experiences include positions in Sales, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Company Management and Country Head functions, in India and overseas.
Worked in Senior Management capacities since 1994, the last position held in India being EVP in GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. Also played a consultative role to entrepreneurs of a multi country conglomerate between 1994 and 2001.
Presently associated with several B- Schools where he teaches Strategic Management and allied subjects. In association with sansRisk since 2008, when he introduced Capstone® Business Simulation as part of the core curriculum for MBA students at IMT Nagpur India. Tapash has facilitated several Capstone® Business Simulation programs in academic institutions as well as in Corporate MDPs. Many of his students have secured ranks within the top 20, in Capstone® Business Simulation Global Challenge
Prof. CR. Subramanya, comes with rich and diverse experience spanning more than 30 years across manufacturing, banking, Information Technology and consulting. He has worked for Public Sector and Private sector in India and at several locations overseas. He was with TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) until ‘2008 and was heading pre-sales for their Banking Solutions Division.
He has been teaching CAPSIM® Business simulations for the last four years. Besides, he advises a couple of start-ups. He continues to be in close touch with the Industry through independent consulting engagements. He brings in huge wealth from his diverse professional background in Capstone® Business Simulation course delivery. That helps in drawing attention through the simulation to the managerial challenges.
Mr. Anandha Ramakrishnan, has worked with Citibank N.A, Standard Chartered Bank and PriceWaterHouse in London, UK. When based in New York, his clients included McKinsey, General Electric, Computer Associates and Duracell. In India, he has delivered solutions for CRISIL, RBI and other financial institutions in Mumbai. Anandha holds a Masters in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and completed an Advanced Management Course from IIM, Bangalore. He is also a qualified Cost and Management Accountant.
Presently, Anandha runs a software solutions company that serves clients in USA, New Zealand and India. He is a guest faculty at IIM, Bangalore, India and is a corporate trainer to leading business houses in India wherein he teaches Business Strategy using CAPSIM® Business Simulations.
Anandha is a survivor of the 9-11 incident at World Trade Center, New York. His personal interests include classical music and trekking in the Himalayas.
